Stay at a country inn and enjoy nice alternative to a chain hotel or motel

What makes a country inn so different?  Service, intimacy and peacefulness are primary.  B&B’s as well as Country Inns are typically operated by their owners and sometimes a small contingency of dedicated staff.  Generally, people working at these establishments do so for the experience of meeting new people as well as the enjoyment of pleasing the guests.   Breakfast is included and at The Inn at Pleasant Lake you will find an afternoon tea included as well.

At The Inn at Pleasant Lake, we cater to all ages.  Many of our guests are couples, families and zoomers (travelling baby boomers).  The inn is a superb spot for an intimate wedding and a great spot for families and groups to gather together or business colleagues to meet.

In the summer, we have beach towels and chairs ready for you to borrow for a day at the beach (just in front of the inn) and we keep a couple of baskets of sand toys for the children to enjoy.  We have one rowboat, two canoes and one double kayak for your enjoyment on the lake as well.  Of course, swimming in our beautiful, clean and clear Pleasant Lake is a great way to cool off on a hot summer day.

One thing that sets The Inn at Pleasant Lake apart is our fine dining restaurant managed by owner and Executive Chef, Brian MacKenzie.  The prix-fixe dinners are often the sole reason that some guests come to stay.

If you are seeking a lake vacation at a country inn, reserve a stay at the Inn at Pleasant Lake for a memorable experience.
