Bed & Breakfast~
Each of our rooms has beds with triple sheeting and plentiful pillows, a private bath, private label bath amenities, hairdryer, wireless internet access, and central air conditioning. Included is a continental and full breakfast as well as a refreshing afternoon tea. Many have a beautiful views of Pleasant Lake and Mount Kearsarge.
Lake & Amenities~
We offer one rowboat, two canoes, and a kayak for guests to borrow. There is a wonderful sandy beach and we have beach towels and beach chairs for guests to use. Inside we have many games, puzzles, books and relaxing spots to get away. We have a television, guest computer, coffee and water available in one of our common rooms. Hiking trails are right nearby and a great six mile walk or run around Pleasant Lake awaits you. Our exercise room is located near the inn and is equipped with cable television.
Extra Guests~
Our room rates are double or single occupancy. Some of the rooms have sofa beds, in addition we do have a few rollaway beds and pack & play cribs. Please make a note of your needs if you are making an online reservation and our staff will guide you to finding a room that best suits your needs. Extra guests (age 0+) are $25 per night, per guest and includes their breakfast, afternoon tea and access to all amenities
Checking in~
Check in is 3:00 P.M. or later. Arrivals later than 9:30 P.M. should check with an innkeeper by phone for special late check in instructions. Check out is by 11:00 A.M. Click on a thumbnail below for more images.
