Staying Healthy and Serving our Community

Some temporary changes to operations at Inn at Pleasant Lake and Oak & Grain

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and State of NH directives, the Inn at Pleasant Lake has updated our operating guidelines. The Inn will remain open with regular hours, and we are hosting guests in all 10 Rooms.  The Oak & Grain Restaurant is now open for In-House Dining.  To protect our staff, customers and community we are adhering to all government mandates including 6-foot table spacing, masks, hand sanitizers, signage, and scripted traffic patterns.  We will continue to offer Curbside Take-Out Service for those who remain uncomfortable dining out – Order Here.  To serve our community and guests through this crisis, the following protocols are in effect:

Inn Operations:

  • The Inn is open for reservations and accepting guests in all ten guest rooms.
  • Staff will be on-site normal hours to serve guests and assist with inquiries and reservations.
  • We have instituted best practice check-in, room cleaning, and service protocols approved by the CDC and NH DHHS.
  • Breakfast and food services will all follow restaurant guidelines.
  • Hand Sanitizing stations have been placed at common traffic points
  • We will continue our stringent cleaning and disinfecting practices that helped earn our Select Registry distinction.
  • We are participating in Select Registry’s Select Safe, Stay Select program, which provides enhanced guidelines to keep you safe during this time.
  • Staff are required to attest daily to the condition of their health and any symptoms they may be experiencing.  Any staff member exhibiting symptoms is asked to see a doctor and be tested followed by a quarantine period as required by state regulation.
  • Stay tuned for further updates as our re-opening guidelines change as the state reopens.

Oak & Grain Restaurant:

  • We will continue to offer a Take-Out Menu with curbside pick up.
  • Customers can place orders online or by calling the Inn (603) 873-4833 during operating hours. For curbside pick up, call us before you arrive and we’ll bring your prepaid order out to your car.
  • Reservations are required for all on-site dining. (make reservation)
  • Tables are spaced at least feet apart, and you are limited to 6 people at a table.  For groups larger than 6, we will do our best to place your tables adjacent to one another, but they will be 6 feet apart, as required by state mandate.
  • We are offering Private Dining for small groups up to 8 (with all social distance standards) Wednesday – Sunday, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm weather permitting.
  • The Restaurant is also now open for inside dining (with same hours and service).

  • Our dinner Menu is posted on our website home page, and is now fully a la Carte.  We also offer a Chef’s Whim experience, please call the inn for more information.
  • Staff are required to attest daily to the condition of their health and any symptoms they may be experiencing.  Any staff member exhibiting symptoms is asked to see a doctor and be tested followed by a quarantine period as required by state regulation.
