Whether enhancing your skills or looking for a fun activity, our New Hampshire cooking classes are taught by Chef Leary in a small group setting. Chef has designed these classes to follow the seasonal menu that made our restaurant the top-rated fine dining establishment in New London. Cooking Class Pricing & Details
- Classes range from $75 – $100 per participant, based on menu content.
- Take any 4 or more classes and receive a complimentary IPL Cook Book!
- Have a group of 5 or more? Getting together with friends? Call the Inn at 603-873-4833 to arrange a private cooking class for your group or event.
Classes are scheduled monthly based on demand, usually on Sunday afternoons. Classes differ in length from 1 – 2 hours of fun filled content. The topics will focus on seasonally themed dishes and techniques and cover points of interest including local sourcing of unique ingredients, preparation techniques, flavor combinations that tantalize the tongue, finish and presentation, and beverage pairing. Come for one class or come every month! – it is up to you. Stay for dinner and enjoy the experience!

August 15 @ 3:00 PM – Summer appetizers, using local product at peak season ($100/pp)
September 19 @ 3:00 PM – Traditional Spanish food. Appetizers and Entrees ($100/pp)
October 17 @ 3:00 PM – Preserving for the year, jams, kimchi; cocktail demonstration ($100/pp)
