Whether enhancing your skills or looking for a fun activity, our cooking class series is taught by Chef Leary in a small group setting. Chef has designed these classes to follow the basic five-course, prix-fixe menu that made our restaurant the top rated fine dining establishment in New London. Share the kitchen with Chef Leary and learn the techniques that make our dinners at Oak & Grain at the Inn at Pleasant Lake so special.
Classes are scheduled based on demand and we try to structure them using four sessions every other week. Give us your preferences on scheduling when you sign up and we will try to arrange a group to accommodate your needs. Come for one class or all four – it is up to you. Stay for dinner at a discounted price, and have guests join you for dinner!
