Chef Leary has designed these classes to follow the basic five-course, prix-fixe menu that made our restaurant the top rated fine dining establishment in New London.  Share the kitchen with Chef Leary and learn the techniques that make our dinners at Oak & Grain at the Inn at Pleasant Lake so special. Classes are scheduled based on demand and we try to structure them using four sessions every other week.
